Le Directeur associé de Hagrath, Patrick Degeorges, a coordonné cette manifestation novatrice avec Farid Benhammou et Boris Nordmann. L’approche du “parlement” est exemplaire des pratiques transformatrices que Hagrath promeut face aux défis de la cohabitation, condition essentielle pour faire la paix avec la Terre.
